Hi everyone, I want to submit study permit application for my sister. I heard that applicants from Nigeria can apply through NSE but I want to use the regular route because I cannot wait for six months to get mybankstatement due to time constraint. I just want to confirm if one can still apply through the regular route or if it is mandatory to apply through NSE. Thank you.
