Lol... Someone typed and printed the letter for me for 200 naira( I did this outside the court, in a business centre) I know I could have bargained for a lesser price, but I felt the price was fair.

Then I paid 200 naira to the court. ( I paid it to the court clerk, a lady) she was the one who stamped and signed the affidavit.

Now that's 400 altogether for just one..
Then 800 naira for the two.

Oh. I'm sorry to say. you won't be able to use it.
I think those Lagos courts are strict. A lady was logged out and asked to swear new affidavits because the ones she uploaded were sworn by her dad. She said the Lagos court didn't allow her swear the affidavits because of her age....
So I'll advice you chill first, when you come to Benin then you can swear your affidavits in Edo high court. It's simple easy and cheap and they'll never ask you for your age. You won't spend up to 500 naira for one.... I did two for 800 naira.

By minor, do you mean you are under the age of 18?
If yes, then it's no problem at all, the court won't ask you for your age unless you purposely decide to tell them.. They didn't ask for my age when I did mine...... Just dress like one 'sisi eko' when you're going for your affidavit the lawyers won't even suspect that you're a minor.

Remember; DO NOT LET YOUR PARENTS SWEAR YOUR AFFIDAVITS ON YOUR BEHALF. Uniben won't accept it.

On your jamb you used "BARBARA"
On your post utme you used "BARBARA"
But on your birth cert you used "BABARA"

Then you have no problem at all, the affidavit will do.
But if otherwise, then you'll have to fill a correction form.
So is that how it is on your documents?

The only error is on her birth cert. An affidavit will do.

If it is Barbara, then you don't have any problem at all... trust me.

Oh. There's no problem with your uncorrelated names. All you need to do is swear an "affidavit of declaration of age" in any court in Nigeria. Then that's what you will use for your online and physical clearance. At.this point you won't need your birth certificate again..the affidavit will cover everything . I had the same problem too. But I've resolved it.
It's not even a problem at all.
