ok. I just tried applying, and the portal is saying maybe my full name, username or my phone number is already on the server. And I've not registered before as this is the first time I will be hearing about this program. What should I do?

Hi guys, so I was scheduled to write the test last week Saturday but I could not make it there. I filled the survey monkey questionaire to reschedule my test date. Same here. I mailed them, they didnt reply. Tried calling their lines, buh both were switched off. I think I will just follow the schedule on my previous invite i.e. same location (behind lasu anthony campus) and time (10 am)
