I just saw a video where a lady was dragged down from an airplane by Staff of IBOM AIR.

And unfortunately, her Big oranges where exposed to the world

This is an unlawful Act by the staff and going to the extreme of putting her two big oranges in the face of the world is a slap on her person and can also be considered as S£xual Assault and harrasment

No matter what she had done
The staff and the company doesn't have the right to resort to self help plus their security not handling the situation in the right manner

But they choose to resort to self help or if we say they are airport security officers.

That is not the right way to handle such situations as they have no right to harass her in such manner no matter what she did.
The said lady must not let this slide

She need SUE them

The damages involve is a kind that will last for years on the Internet which damaging to her reputation in the present and in the future

Civil aviation Act permits them to forcefully (minimum force pls take note) remove a passenger that is violent from the plane but not to the extent of getting her two big oranges exposed to the world

She was treated like an animal which is also against her fundamental human right

She has assaulted their staff already
They can easily call the police to get her arrested immediately and not cause unnecessary drama

A family of mine delivered of a baby some months ago in Lagos via surgery.
The medical fees is calculated to be 1.2 million naira, and the family of those guys are very poor.
In fact to eat in a day is a miracle for them.
Now, the hospital has hold her down going to 2 months now and the husband family is still looking for money to balance the fees.
Currently, they are still living in the hospital, which mean the bills might be increasing.
Please what do you suggest to do in this situation?
Those family that gave birth are semi literate.
We have contributed our own quota for them but it’s nothing compared to what is on ground.
Please what can we do?

this means that the patient can sue the Hospital and ask the Court for monetary compensation on the basis that he or she has been falsely imprisoned by the Hospital.

In 2018, the High Court of Anambra State held a hospital that detained an indebted patient liable for the tort of false imprisonment and awarded damages in the sum of N500,000 in damages against the hospital.

So if a patient refuses to pay in this kind of situation
The hospital should seek legal redress by filing a suit against the patient to recover outstanding bill

That's what you need to do
