Nigeria is a rogue country that needs to be broken up ASAP. How can a government agency be acting like terrorists?!

In sane climes, such agency will be acting based on intelligence. Knowing that a hotel is a public place, they will discreetly cordon off the premises then calmly swoop on the room where the suspects are staying and arrest them without disturbing the peace of others. However, these ones with zero professionalism and low IQ will attack everyone on sight including management and innocent lodgers, and while harrasing them will equally be releasing gun shots in the air to ensure they get the maximum effect.
