I have 3 ten tyres tipper trucks idle.

I have 3 options am thinking about.

1. Give out on instalmental payment of 150k per week for 2.5yrs

2. Lease it out to companies on contract agreement basis

3. Out-right sale.

The reasons why ladies accept marriage proposal from men are:

1. The man is ready to settle down....this does not mean she loves you or you are financially ok, but the fact is she is not getting younger and the guy she loves is not ready/willing to settle down yet.

2. Your Pocket ... Most ladies accepted marriage proposals because the guy is rich, and not neccessarily because you are the man of her dream.


3. Fame .... Your popularity and affluence also is another reason why she would say i do.


4. Family Background .... Your woman would gladly put you above other men if you are from a well to do family, the cream-de-la-cream of the society wedding is another fantasy for her to savour.


5. Love .... finally love, only but a few ladies accept marriage proposal because she loves the man.

The reason why failed marriages are on the rise is because majority of them are laid on foundation 1-4, and only a few laid on option 5 do stand the test of time.

It is rather unfortunate that men still do not have a proven method to determine if the wife-to-be truly loves them.

So why do most parents speak to their children in english? especially when growing up...
