One of the greatest gifts you can give others is kindness. If someone is in need, extend a helping hand. Don't do it only for the ones you like & respect - that’s easy. But do it for those you don’t even know. That’s a tall order & it shows the true state of your heart!

The sad truth about many today is that they want to be someone else. With social media, nobody is happy with who they are. They compare themselves to false images, mostly photoshopped. It’s time to stop pretending. You’re NOT the person you claim to be online!
