People are proscribing drugs for this guy, that's trial and error in this period of evidence based medicine. Something an ENT surgeon can diagnose in <30 min and give appropriate treatment. Those that even prescribed antibiotics surprised me, when there is no pain, no discharge or fever. Those that taught its wax or cerumen oris forgot that this happened suddenly not gradual. If its water, it could have evaporated in < 24hrs, if it is insect he could feel the movt except it is dead and necrosis could have started. Could this be middle ear or inner ear problem? Or even neural. I pray its simple and easily cured problem. But don't misled him.
