Epitome Model Islamic Schools, is an educational institution that marries Islamic and western education together in other to bring out academic and religious excellence in our future leaders.

(EMIS) is situated in a serene environment that is very conducive for teaching and learning process, the school is located at Angwan Hashimu, off Sani Abacha Road, Mararaba. Nasarawa state. Very Close to Yanyan in Abuja.

On Saturday 28th of July 2018, the school management, Staff, parents and students were full of joy at the celebration of the School ten years excellent academic performance, and the end of the year ceremony and award/price giving ceremony for the 2018 year 12 graduands.

One of the students, who make 5 A1in WAEC and 254 in UTME was gifted a cash award of #50,000 and a full study scholarship at Leed City University. The school chairman in his words while addressing the gathering said the student was once a school bus assistant in the school transport department, but when the management discovered his interest and zeal to continue his education, the school decided to help him and set his feet on the right part.

While reacting, after collecting his prizes, Joseph who is a Christian, appreciate the school management and staff for the help and promise to always be a good ambassador of the scool.

For the past 4 years, the school have always recorded a 100% in both WAEC and NECO examination, and over 90% score 200 and above in UTME.

this year, the highest jamb score was 298, the student won a half scholarship to study medicine at NILE UNIVERSITY ABUJA. Had it been he scored 300+, he could have got a 100% scholarship which cost over 5million naira per session.

Lectures were delivered on importance of hard work and also a call to the students to read, and take reading culture as a top priority.

Awards were given to best performing students in each classes, best students in mathematics and English were also awarded.

Other things at the occasion was the exhibition of craft and art works made by the students, parents express pleasure in these and encourage the school to do more.
