The footballing difference is no longer huge between the participating countries and that is why fine margins were the deciding factors. People may argue that it's a low mentality to depend on penalties to progress but it's still a part of the game. If you think the mane incident wasn't a penalty, then u n d referee belong to the same class

Nigerians are amazing people. Reviewing the comments on this thread, shows how shallow Nigerians think. Not backing any administration nor favouring Buhari either, I fail to see why we should engage in an argument that is based on comparing administration's successes and failure. The hard truth is that we haven't had any form of progress in this country for more than a decade now, regardless of whom was at the helm of affairs. Jonathan was a colossal failure, it will be saddening if you think otherwise. Buhari just started his regime let's see how far he goes. If we have any sense at all, we should know that it will take more than just over 9months to eradicate the rot in the Nigerian system. Because fuel affects the common man, that is why we have so much out cry, but this is just the same level of retardation that is experienced in all the sectors of the economy. Because of the level of illiteracy even amongst so called University graduates we fail to see the bigger picture but do not relent to open our big mouths to shout when fuel is in shortage of supply
