Nigeria is a funny country, sometimes when i loook at our laws all i do is just laugh. The FOI Bill has been passed so a round of applause but we forgot that it may not necessarily be applicable to the president and governors by virtue of immunity clause. The so called SERAP will only engage in an exercise in futility if they decide to sue Jonathan. Please let your suit wait until the guy complete his tenure so that he may enjoy some period of his life in a very degrading prison if the court actually find him guilty of the aforementioned offence.
