In my opinion, if there are 3 stages of the interview, (Level I) has an additional stage compared to (Level II).

So, the first stage is the filtering stage which made you invited for the assessment.

The second stage is the HCP assessment itself.

Third stage should be a verbal interview for role competence.

However, Level I may have an additional stage to the outlined.

I believe emails will be sent out from Monday 10th Nov, 2025 inviting people for their respective interviews.

It will definitely be a great Christmas and a new year for some people.

Yes NRS are going to post Technical staff to NIMASA, NPA, NUPRC etc for assessment of Tax collection.

It doesn’t work that way. Their workforce is too large for any significant increase. NPA generates more revenue than NUPRC and NCDMB, but those agencies pay better than NPA because they have far fewer staff.

Wait and see how FIRS will generate revenue in 2026. Take note revenue /staff ratio of other agencies before you conclude. You are not aware that all revenue will channel to NRS.

CUSTOMS have two list:

A: executive list (those on this list only participate on CBT for ceremonial, 100% going Physical Documentations and medical

B: those lists will do CBT, Then less that 10% will probably go for Physical documentation and medical.

FIRS letters slot candidates of top government officials and other connections will soon be out according some sources . To me, FIRS done best that they employed some ordinary Nigerian without connect via online application. Now, it is slot turn.

Today is July 31. 7 months down from 2025. 70% of this year slots still pending...

I highly doubt it. FIRS staff strength is a problem,I would like to think.

Remember FIRS generate more revenue than NNPC and CUSTOM combined last year. Therefore FIRS will have surpluses of fund available for better staff welfare. This year it generated 14.7trn in 6 months. While target is 25trn for 2025. nnpc generated about 6.9trn in same period.

NNPC staff strength is 8k

FIRS staff strength is 12k

Now revenue generated per staff is high in FIRS
