Nigerian rapper and actor, Folarin Falana, aka Falz, may be walking down the aisle sooner than many may have expected of him.

Speaking about his plans for marriage with Sunday Scoop, Falz said,

“In recent past, people have been putting me under a lot of pressure to get ready. When Banky W and Adesua got married last year and it almost broke the Internet, it put a lot of pressure on bachelors like me. Everybody is getting married; so, I think it’s high time for me.”

Nigerian songstress Simi, is having no bars held whilst letting her haters know she cares less about their thoughts on her fashion sense.

In a new interview, the JOROMI crooner stated that her music is way more important than fashion and that is all that really matters.

“I believe that everybody is entitled to their opinions. Some people may say that they don’t like my dress, shoes or any other thing. I don’t find that surprising or strange because there are also a lot of dresses and shoes that I don’t like. I like to be comfortable in whatever I wear and that is what dictates my outfits.

She continued;
“A lot of people have expressed their views about my dress sense on social media. Sometimes, I ‘humour’ them. You can express yourself on my page but don’t be rude or insulting. Some of the people, who make those comments, are just full of hate and they just go all around the Internet, looking for where to spread their hate. I am comfortable in my own skin and I just want to keep making good music and connect with my true fans.”

Newly weds, Mr and Mrs Ehimen Shedrach Ifijeh who died two months after their wedding have now been buried.

The couple who lost their lives in a horrific car crash on their way to a friend’s wedding ceremony in Delta State on Friday the 3rd day of February 2018 were yesterday buried at their hometown in Benin, Edo State.

Following the death of Mr & Mrs Ifijeh, the couple whose traditional wedding they attended before meeting their untimely death cancelled their white wedding celebration and only had a church joining, sources close to the deceased tells.

Also a concert is underway for the deceased couple.  The concert is being sponsored by The Rest Place Church Port Harcourt, the in which they were active members and and served as choristers.

The concert which will hold on Thursday is in memory of the couple who worked diligently for God in the church, for the two souls lost the church will win back 200 souls, Sources added.

Mrs Ehimen Ifijeh who is a native of Abia State was a makeup artist and an alumni of Rivers State University  whilst Mr Ehimen Ifijeh was before his death an Engineer and an alumni of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State, where he also hails from.


Such a beautiful couple, so sad!

We pray God grant their family the fortitude to bear the loss.

The Nigerian Police in Delta State have shot dead 4 Robbers.

 
According to reports, the robbers were gunned down during an operation, this morning, at Orhiaki, Amagiya Road Junction, Sapele, Delta State

They were said to have opened fire on the police officers who retaliated killing two of them on the spot, while the remaining who sustained bullet wounds, died at the hospital.

pls nairalanders I've been having recurrent typhoid for months if not years now ,I 've gone through several medical check ups to rule out other illness .I took about 5 different antibiotics in the space of 2months and I almost died, my doctor has told me that there's nothing wrong with me that i should stick to taking fruits,vegetables and lots of water which I've been doing for the past 1month ,there has been improvement but i Want to get over and done with this typhoid,anybody have an idea here?please help me,if I tell you what I 've been through since February you would have pity on me lol.My symptoms are headache ,nausea ,abdominal cramps,chills. I've even developed hemorroid because I was trying to stop the nausea feeling with ginger tea,it caused my bowel to run for days then I noticed a lil not very hard lump in my rectum,before now I usually have constipation
