Texapon gel (70) also known as SLES sodium laureth sulphate is a surfactant or a foaming agent used in production of many personal care , skincare and cosmetic formulation. Is also used in household cleaning agent production . For this reason it is widely used everywhere everyday.

Recipe
Water
SLS
Sodium sulphate.


Procedure

Use a hot boiling water to dissolve the Sodium sulphate.
Add in Sls and make sure is properly dissolved.
Keep overnight to set and become thick.

You can thicken a watery liquid soap after production. This may be caused by adding excess sulphonic acid or adding excess water. All you have to do is increase the ph of the liquid soap by adding a base solution like Sodium carbonate (soda ash light)

If you made a liquid soap and is watery please follow these steps to improve the thickness.

Get water
Add in a table spoon of salt and mix it well.
Now add in the salt solution gradually and watch the one liter of soap ger thicker.

Water 30 liters
Natrosol 200g
Caustic soda 45
Soda ash 450g
STTP 150g
Texapon 500g
Sls 600g
Foam booster 1 liter
Sulphonic acid 500ml
Fragrance 80ml
Colour q.s


Preservatives: sodium benzoate 80g

PROCEDURE
Start by

Measuring 27 liters of water in a big bowl.

use Half liter of water to dissolve all powdered substance seperatly . Caustic soda, Soda Ash , STPP, SlS
Add 27 liters of water to a bowel and gently stir in Natrosol gently. Let it swell for 10 mins.
Add in Caustic mixture and watch it thicken
Add soda ash a s STTP solution
Add Texapon followed by SLS
Add then Sulphonic .
Add foaming booster
Addthe preservatives
Add perfume
Add colour gradually.
Then bottle and sell
