You result is querying an ovarian cyst. The hormonal profile is to determine if its a physiological(functional) cyst.

My questions.

What did your doctor tell you?

Are you menstruating now?

Is the pain cyclical (come and go)?

Any previous history of Urinary Tract Infection or Pelvic Inflammatory Disease?

Have you done urinalysis, urine MCS, HVS, or other supportive tests?

. My doctor ask me to repeat the pelvic scan. Yes am menstrating and is regular 28 days. Yes I had history of PID and urinary tract infection and I treated it in the hospital then. The pain is come and go,presently am not feeling any pain. Have not done any other test but I was advised to go for urine and hvs test from the lab. Thanks

No intra/extra uterine gestation is demonstrable. At the right adnexal is a circumscrised cyst with slight internal septations.The adnexal margins are poorly defined with inflammatory changes seen,bilaterally. Free fluid is seen in the pouch of Douglas.
