Also two affidavit was tender by mobil, one on last week thursday and the second one was tender this morning which was another plan in longing the matter. So, i also go with the postponement so as to file our defence against there last and fake affidavit

@Saibrown, hope there is case at supreme ? because i can still quote some of your un-countable post claiming we are not in supreme. i cant blame you. I think your OGA as collected his 20million today ? Because per every case adjourned na money for un na. In that case un na go try to dey deceive mobil so as to get more money before your end time. My people, let me be candid with you, un-till you come for a seating u can understand how much pressure we mount on judges and mobil to the extend that its when our case was called i see the chief judge outside no more. Now i understand the gravity of Comandclem. 70% of the people setting at the supreme court hearing today are patentee. It suprise the judges seeing how scanty the seat was. The same seat people have been fighting to have to the extend one judge was point as us when we are moving out without taking any bow. By God grace April 8 will show up too.

@uzohkings, i really understand you. But, through your reply i can understand you have gotten what i was trying to pass across. The main reason was that justice akas was not suppose to be among the five justice setting out outside when our case was being called my the registra. So, the mix up in our case in not fully clear because the registra should not have called our case when he did. I Also smile a mix-up in our case call-up from the supreme court registra who called our case because on every case being treated the judge must go in for the registra to serve the next case file on there table. Secondly, i want you to understand i was posting under un-stable condition throughout and up till this moment. So i tender my apology.

reasons for the postponement: justice Akas who was among the five judges that lead our case at appeal court was among the 5 judges that came out for our case at supreme court against Mobil. the lead judge said so far there is one judge who as already aware of this case from appeal court, then, there most be and postponement so that the new Judge can have time to study the case. out of five Judges 4 was on aware of our case at appeal level why the Judas justice akas was. the case that was been attended to before us as been given a judgment date which is April 19. so, if our case come up on April the next date will definitely be for judgment. in summary justices akas should not be on seat when attending to our case. so, they are given the new lawyer 2months to study the case before he come in. the supreme court was not among the five setting for our case. pictures coming soon

Mobil led lawyer did not show up. but present about 7 representative. case postpone again till 8 of April 2013. full details coming soon

i can see one Mobil lawyer on seat. can still figure all of them. the lawyers on seat are many. the judges are back. swapping of judges for each case continue.
