THE CASE HAS BEEN ADJOURNED TILL 29TH JAN 2013 BECAUSE MOBIL LEAD LAWYERS MIKE OZEKHOME SAN, EYIMOFE ATAKE SAN WERE NOT IN THE COURT, THIS REASON WAS GIVEN BY ONE OF MOBIL LAWYER UDOM UDOM, which claim to have came for another case of Akwa Ibom state Vs Cross River state judgement on 76 oil well. He said they thought the case was for tomorrow which is today.
HE SAID Eyimofe Atake SAN made mistake in communicating the hearing date to other lawyer.
UDOM UDOM who is present for other case can never ever lead the case even if he come with the documents.
Where is Mobil lead councils. MIKE OZEKHOME AND EYIMOFE ATAKE SAN ? They are the mobil lead council not UDOM UDOM. UDOM UDOM is a subordinate laWYER.
From my own point they abscond ! !

Morning patentee, we need nothing less than 300 patentee most importantly from Lagos, Abuja. AND PATENTEE WHO ARE READY TO COME OVER TO LAGOS from their abode.

@Theophas, nothing can stop the hearing ! Its time we stop given preference to mobil. Face your worst enemy and face it at once. I really appreciate your candid advise but its time we stop label mobil as a powerful thing ! God Almighty is the most powerful and most awesome. Comandclem is stronger than mobil ! If not, everybody would have forgot a company called comandclem ever exist. They try their best to silence us but we keep growing stronger.
