Hello ladyG and Gurus
I have applied for b1/b2 visa by myself twice and honestly I don't know the date of birth of my mum and dad as mum is elderly while dad died when I was 3months as I am the last child while my eldest bro is 52.
My bro can only tell the year but doesn't know the accurate day and month.
I hope the VO might not see it as misrepresentation thinking that someone has been filling the form on my behalf.

2. Its illegal to get married to another person in the US, while still married to someone in Nigeria i.e POLYGAMY IS A CRIME. If you must get married to someone in the US, you must initiate divorce in Nigeria in person and then your new proposed spouse will appeal for a new type of visa for you.

3. And I am guessing that they have been married for a long time.

4. She has probably worked for a long time at her place of work.

5. She was able to explain why she was going alone.

6. Strong ties still matter. As much as honesty, clarity and composure.

I think the VO is just wicked cos he refused all the four people people went to him before me.he looks german, for confidence and presentation I give my wife and I A+ cos we are used to daily clinical presentations and interact with hundreds of face weekly a patients.What tie does he want must one have a child?what if one has been having difficulty achieving pregnancy

Please my wife and I want to go on vacation in Denver Colorado.Aside the museum of arts and science,US mint,Denver arts museum and mount Evans,is it a good location for vacation?
Secondly as I have learnt on this thread that often times the VO asks the question "why you chose your vacation location"?
Will it be wrong to say that your friend who's your point of contact stays there and during the course of your vacation you would want to visit him.

Please I need some clarification as regards to DS 160 form.The last time I applied that was two years ago I answered "No" to the question "do you belong to any clan or tribe" and the reason was that I didn't quite understand that.I am Ibo by tribe/ethnicity.Now I want to apply again should I list Ibo as my clan/tribe? I am confused right now as am filling the form.Please help
