SPECIFICATIONS

General Manager
 B.Sc Civil Engineering
 Membership of COREN or other relevant professional body
 Excellent working knowledge of Engineering Software Applications
 An MBA/membership of the Chartered Institute of Personal Management will be an added advantage
 Minimum of 7 years working experience in a well structured organization with at 3 years in a managerial capacity


Accountant
 B.Sc/ H.N.D. Accounting
 Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria/A.C.C.A.
 Minimum of 5 years related work experience
 Must be familiar with Accounting Software Packages

Administrative Secretary/Receptionist
 Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in similar position.
 A good tertiary qualification in secretarial studies/Linguistics or any other related discipline.
 Computer Literacy (Microsoft word,excel,powerpoint.


Estate Valuer

B.Sc Estate Management
5 years working experience
Registered member Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV)
