@OP, Talking from Experience, I have the same challenge with my wife at the moment. We have been married for 2 yrs. During our courtship(3yr), I did most of the talking, tried all moves to bring her out and make her contribute in activities with regards to our relationship. She improved for a while but will always relapse to her quiet self. I most time get fustrated as its not fun being the one doing the talking and being the romantic one in the relationship. Its not been easy but I chose to continue with the relationship since I love her and she is hard working and caring. Now we have two kids and my bro, its worsening by the day. So I do my best to spice up the relationship by doing new things with her buh omo it can be tiring, I have to most time go out to hang out with people I could share ideas with and get constructive criticism. it sometimes feel as if one is married to a cleaner/maid. If you have alternatives, pls walk away now as it won't get any better. |
Pls don't show him the offer unless u r close to ur boss as it would be used against u later. I think its time to move on, take the new job! |
Sheyun: I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for |
Hi Poster, The two companies mentioned are world class. I used to be a staff of Lafarge Wapco, although I left after 4 months. Its a nice place to work, their operation is expanding. They are one of the biggest cement company in the world. It depends on the department you are posted to; their operation can be quite slow and decision making a little better than that of the average government agency and some of the key staff are laid back. Coming from the banking sector you may find this unconventional, lest I forget, growth could be kind of slow in some departments as staff hardly leave the company and thus a lot of staff with 15-20yrs experience staff in most departments. Although, of recent mgt started employing more people from outside to bring in new ideas and exposure. In all its a nice place to work, as there is emphasis on training. I don't know anything abt EMTS, my advice is money is not everything. Career growth is key in taking this decision. I wish u the best!! |
I am having problems connecting to BB stargame. Its showing the E16-4 message. |
@ Onyeoka, Congrats, I told you ur time will come. See at the office |
Hi, As requested I got a little above 30% in the test, but I think your score plays just a minimal role. I am coming from a Cement company from the South South region. |
I did the aptitude test sometime in August (Chams City) and interview for the Field Sales Manager position was 17/09/2010. The medical examination took place on 6/10/2010. The employment contract email came 7.05pm yesterday but i noticed that the letter was dated Oct. 15, I was given two weeks to accept or reject the offer. I think its been done in batches. Your letters will be out soon. Cheers!!!! |
Hi All, I just received my employment contract for the FSM Position via email today! Am to resume November 1, 2010. The offer looks good; to resume at their Alausa office. This is wishing others waiting for their letters the best. Cheek your email. |
