Yes the engine was taken down but on fixing back gear had to be taken down as well

[b][/b] hi guys, please I need your help with my car before I take another step, I have a Nissan primers 2000 I had issues with it's crank shaft which was changed few days bago buy aftrt all.was done, I notice it won't change gear, I drove it the first day o took it off the mechanic workshop and its rmp rose to 3000 and yet the gear won't change and it not even moving fast, its juts making noise and it later won't show any light on the dash board, the battery and also it over heated and won't start until I called a rewire to take a look who later discovered a fuse had cut and he fixed it, car had started now but bthe gear won't change still and when I drive it I hear a sound please advice me guys
