Put the name of your school, your ISSO director/Ass.director' name ( The one who issued your i20) and his/her number.. The position is School official, you will see it in the box

The point of contact has two major fields: name and organization. Click on the organization and fill the name of your school and its address. The name field will be dormant.

Yes fill in the school, that is where you're gonna stay.

Also note that, the host school, sponsorship and work experience if any are so important and would determine your fate. So fill the online form with utmost care.

thanks man,I be finishing nysc by July 2 then I must have been in embassy earlier so they don't request nysc certificate so I can say concluded school Dec 18th 2013, worked for six months started nysc august concluding July so they aware I am almost finishing nysc.
