Asisat is past her best. Any coach starting Asisat Oshaola in 2025 is not desirous of doing well..
Why couldn't Ashleigh stop her when they faced in Saudi?

Deborah Abiodun is such a complete midfielder. Look how she tracked the runner to snuff out that chance.

Sorry, but I have to disagree with you.
Truth is she is WAY too lightweight.
I mean, how many times has she been bundled off the ball? She lacks any power in her shooting, which are mostly directionless.
She really is out of her league here as there is nothing really exciting about her game. .
We'll see the highlights no need to argue

Whoever lobbied for Taiwo Afolabi should not try that rubbish again, she keeps losing the ball huh

Her decision making is still underdeveloped for this level.
Quìt the cap. She is having a great debut. Combining well with Ashleigh and She bas created a number of opportunities

Mujtahida:
There's no need to be angry. But get it out of your mind that I have an agenda. I don't.

People did not complain at the Afcon because doing something one time is not enough to criticize a player. People are complaining now because we are seeing a pattern. It is in our best interest, as in all of us if Nwabali curtails his excesses
Which one is one time. If the behaviour was that bad it should have been brought up.

I have seen Donnarumma fight and opponent because he chipped him to score a goal. Hugo Lloris fought Son of all people and Mourinho supported him. Even Williams the South Africa goalie got into a shouting match with a teammate at halftime of the Remo match. There is nothing that Nwabali has done that other goalkeepers don't do.
Goalkeepers are supposed to be different type of people. There is a saying that goes "you have to be crazy to be a goalkeeper".

Basco Nwabali never had a bust up with Ekong at the AFCON o. It was Serge Aurier Stanley was threatening to fight while Ekong was telling him to cut that s**t out and calm down.

Just thought to correct that notion. Not joining your argument with D'Law.
He did. That was a completely different situation. This was about the team not an opponent

That being said, I rather have a dog that I have to calm down than one I would have to beg to fight.

TheSuperNerd:
Ayuma's defect has always been his lightweight figure. Not imposing. Has a decent football brain but feels lazy in his plays at times. Kenya's MFs had a field day running through the middle lots of times with no rock to stop them.

And I agree. Ochedikwu for all his underpar passing, brings the energetic ball winning and possession initiation to our middle game. He should start with 2 of either Ayuma, Oliseh, Auwal, Cletus.
Ochedikwu, Cletus and Ayuma or Ibrahim. Cletus must start oh. They should fine Zubairu for benching that boy those 2 grin See pass shocked

TheSuperNerd:
Again, I dont deny his impact/performance at the back if you read my other bameyi comments but in truth, speaking of true long-term potential, what I can confidently say for young lads like Kparobo, Harcourt, Okoro, Cletus etc, I cant say for Bameyi.

And about his improvement, well Bameyi is at Bayelsa utd now. Surely the NPFL exposure is some cry away from when he was introduced to us as a yum yum fc player.
We don't have a crystal ball to know who will be who. But i feel Bameyi has shown qualities that can take him far. Tbh if he was a little taller this tournament would have been his ticket to Europe.

Bameyi is doing well. But sadly, he is not young like the others.
Are you 100% surehuh I don't see a grown adult improving like that boy has done in just small time. Without him we are on our way back home.

TheSuperNerd:
Benched for Ayuma. Ochedikwu's physical presence in the middle vs Ayuma's ball playing nous. ZUBAIRU just went with his hunch.
That was a horrible hunch that he didn't correct throughout the game. Who was he expecting to win the balls they would play? He should pick 2 out of Ayuma, Ibrahim and Cletus. We need this type of player in this team.
