Me: we are going to seek a second opinion on infertility issue. I was diagnosed of oligospermia(low sperm count) about 3yrs back with left vericocele,Surgery was carried out for correction. I was placed on medication but no significant improvement. My wife was recently diagnosed of oligomenorrhia.

Note: we have been married for 6years+, I was referred by my hospital here to America to seek second opinion after trying more than four specialist here in Nigeria. I work with health insurance company and entitled to foreign medical tourism cap at $25,000 every 5yrs. I earn little above 200k net without commission(commission yearly is about 6m). Am d zonal B/D manager my wife earns btw 250-300k monthly after all deduction.
