Thank God it happened...Covid or no Covid, ICS would have still done what they did. They are known for sacking and victimisation of staff. It's a toxic place to work believe me. It's an Hr firm but hardly practice HR doctrines.

The M.D and HR are something else..

I just googled this company.... they won several awards in recent years even that Jobberman's award.
They seem to have a reputation but were just faced with a hard decision due to the pandemic.

I lost my 7 figure jobs in a multinational at the peak of my career. This thing happens for bigger things to come.
You don't publicize things to damage any business in an economic hardship facing global businesses.

Things like this are signs for bigger opportunities only if we open our eyes.
