BUK doesn't conduct any pre - admission test 4 DE candidates.
however u ll purchase a form 4 Online screening.
This online screening is just for u to upload ur credentials to d school web page within a stipulated time.

then viola!, u wait on admission.


Abt ur chances, i dunno cos am also in Ogun and i m still looking at them as a possible destination not conclusive.

but lemme quote a colleague over there for u... he said...

"Admission is strictly based on merit, they ll pick from the highest grade (distinction) to the lowest (upper) "

NB. this other info is 4 all REGULARIZATION candidate,
Pls kindly note that even after u must have gotten a new registration number from JAMB (after regularization), U MUST VALIDATE THE NUMBER B4 U CAN REG WITH IT.

this validation has to be done on JAMB website (with Biometrics also)

Therefore, My candid advise to all is that U SHUD JUST PLAN TO VALIDATE AND REGISTER ON A SPOT (in one centre) TO EASE THE WHOLE PROCESS.

I like the dexterity with which you answer people's questions here. You seem so experienced. Concerning this regularization stuff I think my own case is a peculiar one. When I input my 2009 reg number on jamb website I saw congratulation you have been offered admission into bla bla bla....

But anytime I click on that regularization link on the same website and input my reg number it says my reg number is "not found" please what do you think?

U may need to lodge an official complain to Jamb.

if u hav any used Jamb scratch card, try to call any of the phone numbers on it during weekdays within 9am - 4pm. or E-mail them.
But i sense that mailing them might take a while b4 they respond.


otherwise, Visit any Jamb Office around u ASAP so that they can rectify it b4 d form is on sale.

after I did dat regularization I went to jamb site to verify, d name dat appear is Peter James C. I.e my third name was initial instead of Peter James Chinedu dat is on my result. hope dat won't affect me. wen I want to register for d DE

..I didn't do part time..... I was a regular morning student who entered wif jamb buh I ve a problem..... I entered jamb site to check if am regularized buh to my surprise dey said am not regularize..... buh ma result still display in der database wen I inputed my registration number.....am confused o

when u were admited for ND, it was not recognized by JAMB because it was ur Poly that admitted u directly.

It wasn't JAMB that recommend you to the school.


As a result of these, immediately u were admitted, Your poly was supposed to link up with JAMB to "REGULARIZE" ur admission (inform JAMB).


But unfortunately most of our polytechnics lack these PR due to reasons i don't understand, even after i paid 12k for change of institution.


Hence, bro if u really need that "Bsc", pls go to ur poly ASAP to begin the process b4 DE form comes out, so that by the time the form is out, u ll b through or almost with the process.

Regularization takes about 2 weeks more or less, depends on your poly.

Just got home frm centre.

Centre; Noun study centre Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Time: 9.30

But we started around 10.30.


All was goin fine until One e-diot (invigilator) mistakenly cut of my PC...

I had finished English and geography almost halfway into Physics.. God! i couldn't cry, after abt an hour + gone.

The most painful part was that, the computer erased all the answer i did and returned me back to ENGLISH mid-way.

But all thanks to Allah. I came back by his grace. But no time to recheck.

Alhamdulilah 4 Today.

At present, My result is yet to b sent to me.

i remain optimistic tho.

Goodluck to us all.

BTW the centre is ok. but for the awkward invigilator.

if u chose UI, UNILAG, OAU, UNN, UNIBEN, UNILORIN, ABU... etc. and u don't score up to 220 above..
