You cant have access to that application again, It is cancelled. You have to fill a new DS 160 for Abuja pay and apply for EA.

Hi all, Is the Lagos consulate still issuing the requested emergency?? No replies from them and it's been a week already.

Hi, it takes about a month to receive a reply for EA in Lagos.

It takes about 1 month for Lagos to reply to emergency application requests.

Can I reapply to Abuja after paying a new fee with my Lagos application still active?
Or I must cancel the Lagos application to be able to apply in Abuja.
I tried doing that but it kept asking for me to merge the profiles.
