Well, a value, or norm is a collectively agreed upon moral code of conduct. In Afghanistan, one of the most conservative countries on earth boys are dressed as women to entertain men. Japan has one of the highest prostitution rates in the world and it’s basically normalized, but people vilify the west for only fans.
