The IRGC has less than 6 months to restock its missiles arsenal. With all military factories destroyed they’ll have to buy. With no money from closure of the strait they’re in a difficult position. Iraq is cleansing IRGC links; Lebanon/Isreal is doing same; The GCC are doubling their arsenal; Everyone should relax, part 2 would be quicker. Plus, I don’t know why people make noise about bases. Ask any Nigerian army personnel, some bases are nothing more than bunk beds with a kitchen and gym. Important equipment destroyed cost less than $12B, Elon alone can donate the sum, if Trump wanted a fund raiser.

I recently experienced the tremendous upheaval of having my MTN phone number recycled despite being in the midst of active and crucial conversations that impact my career trajectory. The loss was overwhelming—suddenly, I found myself severed from essential contacts on WhatsApp and dangerously exposed, as the new phone number holder could potentially access my account. What unfolded was a distressing cascade of issues, all stemming from this unexpected policy. It’s an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone else. If you’ve experienced similar issues kindly sign this petition to enforce a change in this behavior. https://c.org/FPsDWRvcvY Thank you. @mods |
Elusive001:Lying and pretense are their trade in stock. They refuse to admit that Hezbollah had always been the problem and the Lebanese government doesn’t even want them. So much for greater Isreal project when it was the Arabs that colonized the Middle East, flipping hypocrites. |
America, a country that eats itself from within. Would any North Korean, Chinese, Russian, Saudi, Qatari or Nigerian news paper write such about itself? I believe in basic freedom but there has to be limits on how it’s abused. Perhaps the WSJ can tell the world the passcodes to the pentagon, give the IRGC missile launch codes and the president’s home address. And for some dumb reasons some of these lunatics think that when the IRGC comes they’ll be spared😅 they think the extremists (like those on nairaland) will be just to them, they’ll put humanity before conviction. Your women are who’res according to religious text, to be raped. The bikini wearing, the lesbian, the trap queens, straight to the gallows. The atheist, the philosopher, the infidel executed. I guess America has been insulated for history for too long. Anyone that wants to understand the IRGC should read about ‘keys to paradise’

I think pro-IRGC supporters are the ones getting their knickers in a twist. Before and during the war, Trump had always said that the IRGC must come to the negotiating table. They swore that it would never happen, but today?! Let’s make an analogy, someone kills your parents and still tells you to come and talk, who do you think holds the cards? You meet the VP but could not even settle scores. |
Mirasteel:There’s a video of him shooting not holding a gun. He also wore the Hamas headband. Cmon, don’t insult his martyrdom. He knew what he was getting into. If I wear the swastika then i’m nazi. |
This falls on both parties in my opinion, but the UN has chosen to be economical with the truth. It doesn’t come as a surprise after the Israeli representative scolded a UN official. Firstly, I believe the word child is been used loosely? Anyone under 18 years of age is generally considered as one. I read the report. It did not distinguish infants, children, and teenagers. Infant mortality is regrettable and I believe the Israeli government should do more to avert this. With children it falls on the Palestinian, you are at war, move your children to designated areas and ensure no teenager or adult is present. Mosques or schools. As for teenagers, some are combatants so it’s hard to say if they were killed in action of as civilians. The UN denying the fact that a war is ongoing is shameful to say the least, is Hamas fighting back? Is Hamas doing all it can to protect its women and children? A better report would present demographics based on age of the children killed. Sanctuary sites that were intentionally destroyed knowing that children lived there, and what Hamas has done with all the food and drugs donated to them by people and organizations. Then they have a case against Isreal. |
davodyguy:You’re too young to be this ignorant, feed your neurons knowledge not rumors or rhetorics. Also search how long it takes to enrich uranium from 3.7 % to 60%, it takes more than 4 years. Trump doesn’t play politics with BS, it smells like shit, it looks like shit, it’s definitely shit.

Demonic01:I respect the fact that you’re sincere about your own philosophy, albeit at variance with mine. I use myself as a standard of measure, do I deserve to die for crimes against god? Should a woman be killed for unverified blaspheme? Should a president kill his opponents (Alexei navalny, pregozhi) just because he can? Should honor killing exist in a world of today? Shouldn’t any religion deem another unworthy of God’s providence? Should anyone be killed for holding a different opinion about someone? Shouldn’t there be a clear distinction between what is called a sin and a crime? The west isn’t perfect but I choose to pitch my tent with them. Read the works of John Locke and you may become a believer.

owagbeba:If I get you right, the western value forces men to be gay, women to be lesbian, government officials to steal and our women to wear fake hair. And your solution is fatality for anyone who engages in such. For instilling such lethal punishment will serve as a deterrent. Well, a value, or norm is a collectively agreed upon moral code of conduct. In Afghanistan, one of the most conservative countries on earth boys are dressed as women to entertain men. In Iran, girls who don’t conform to Islamic teachings are condemned to be raped as they are considered outcasts. Japan has one of the highest prostitution rates in the world and it’s basically normalized, but people vilify the west for only fans. So if you choose to align with the ethos of behavioral psychology you’ll come to find that human perversions and profligacies are the same everywhere in the world. The west only chose to respect it while others are in denial. In every society there will be pious folks, and otherwise but what makes them coexist are laws. Laws that bring happiness to everyone and the same punishment to everyone. An egalitarian society should be the aspiration of all and not the furtherance of so called conservative inhumane culturalism that favor a few hypocrites. |
RodgersAkpafu:I agree that they’re liberal values but the west is the pioneer. What people do not understand is the west was once barbaric, they were barbarians, be it the saxons, Danes or Vikings all savages, but they realized that love for God and humanity was the greatest good and made laws accordingly. So when I meet people that say they oppose western imperialism or ideologies my next question is what do you embrace? Despotism? Authoritarianism? Subjugation? Because that’s the opposite of liberalism. |
Demonic01:Let’s not throw stones because we live in glass houses. Away from that… I’ve followed his policies and he is quite level headed and not as evil as Assad was. Assad was the devils incarnate. And that’s why I detest the hypocrites here that make it look like Isreal has committed the worst genocide in a war. What was Assads reason for killing over half a million Syrians?
|
EnkayDezign:I don’t have the strength to source the information but the UN nuclear watchdog had reported that Iran was not complying with inspection routines and had broken the agreement. Enriching from 3-60% isn’t a matter of months but years. You may wish to research this.
|
EdiskyHarry:Well the war wasn’t against Iran but a sect in Iran. Would you have preferred blanket bombing like Gaza? Isreal took southern Lebanon in 10 minutes. Statements like this is an insult to the principle of restraint in war. |
I’d say let’s wait and see if indeed this crop of IRGC leaders get the money. Also, if the money will empower a moderate group with more pro-western values then I subscribe to it. After all Qatari funds spread pro-Palestine/sharia ideologies across American universities so if there’s a similar strategy then yes. |
tanigororo:I couldn’t agree more only unintelligent people use a different criteria; He singlehanded brought in the largest investment into the American economy before the war; Established a new US-Syria/venezuela relationship; Best stock market performance in years; Currently sells the most oil globally; Forced Europe and Asia to pay higher tariffs; Cut back on government spending internationally; Brought the World Cup to the US and pegged tickets at the highest ever sold in the history of the came and yet stadia are full (in the worst economy ever) This is on the home front. While IRGC apologists may attempt to twist the narrative that Iran is doing well, they’re suffering, badly. The only difference is Americans have a very low threshold for pain. Buying knicks tickets for $5000-50,000 in a terrible economy but $5 gas at the station is a massive inconvenience. Note; Nigeria a poor country also paid the global rate for energy prices. The IRGC may be breathing but it’s breathing its last; its lieutenants in Palestine, Lebanon and Iraq are dwindling fast. The ideology is fading and Trump has woken up Europe. The UK has proscribed Palestinian protest as a crime something they were formerly scared to do because of external threats. In all the propaganda, remember, an MOU is not a pact or a treaty. At this point it’s a let’s sit down and yap. 1 cent hasn’t been given to the IRGC. |
It’s futile to parse through this silly list, but for clarity, When did Iran develop the largest missile stockpile in the Middle East? When did they enrich uranium upto 60%? Who gave the Houthi’s and Hezbollah hypersonic missile? When was $25Bn released? When was all sanctions lifted? Where’s the Ayatollah? Where’s Iran’s naval fleet? Where’s their fighter jets? The unpatriotic nuisances of democrats are the only reason why write ups like this exists. If Trump has half the power of Xi jinpin, Putin, Netanyahu or Kim, we wouldn’t be having this discussion. The extremists love leftists, bunch of useful idiots. America should remember, their constitution is not a suicide pact, they have real enemies that wish to see them bleed.

Mandate1:Error south west. |
Mandate1:Error, you’re right south west. |
The press can continue the spread of calumny against the IDF, but they are the most effective military on the planet as of today. https://youtube.com/shorts/r3Cpl0HjmJs?si=Mp3Hi7g0kiD7l_uG https://www.ndtv.com/world-news/israeli-troops-uncover-hezbollahs-underground-drone-factory-in-lebanon-11669285/amp/1 |
Incognito403:You’re ignorant or obtuse to the facts. Hamas and Hezbollah use a tactic called asymmetric warfare. Launching attacks from civilian areas intentionally drawing return fire. It’s easy for any country to point fingers till it’s their turn. No matter how evil a person is sending out fighter jets and using heavy artillery to kill toddlers is a waste of money, time and resources. Secondly, in the Middle East the dynamics are different. The lines between military and non-military personals are blurred, this lowers the threshold for errors. Thirdly, it’s sad that America allows its media with false or skewed narratives to spread propaganda. The military report have shown how inhumane the enemies are. People don’t know that Lebanon as a whole is smaller than the south west and if Isreal was intent on ethnic cleansing the war would’ve been over in a week. Anyway, I urge Isreal to explore other strategies, work closely with the Lebanese government to eradicate Hezbollah from Lebanon. One innocent civilian caught in the crossfire is too weighty to be ignored.
|
frankson1:It’s funny how this same rhetoric keeps coming up while since the 1960’s there’s been only one Jewish state; Isreal has never started a war, and no other country in the region has a problem with Isreal save for Iran. When was the last time you heard about problems between Isreal and Iraq? Jordan? Kuwait? Qatar? Oman? Let Hezbollah surrender and then we can all see who’s the aggressor. |
The Lebanese government has asked Hezbollah to leave his country alone. IRGC says No. Trump should focus on midterms and stay out of this. Allow Isreal cure Lebanon of Hezbollah. Anyone who’s affected by the strait should go and open it. As the Singaporean minister said, it’s an international water way that shouldn’t be used as leverage. |
Someone once said low IQ individuals shouldn’t be allowed to parent children, I find myself in agreement with that. Anyway, somethings don’t add up, yes the strait was closed but that’s just 20% of global energy. Africa is a major supplier, Saudi was still supplying through its East-West line. How come the US is the only one complaining of depleting reserves and not Europe that should’ve been gravely affected. Yes Trump was trying to stabilize prices in the US but I don’t see why he wasn’t restocking even at a higher price. After all, Nigeria the poorest country in the world was purchasing petrol at an unsubsidized price. |
OnyeObowo1:I just wish all parties could’ve an honest discussion about what they truly stand for. The IRGC will never be comfortable with the western values Isreal represents. Destruction of Isreal is not a sentiment but a fatwa and a fatwa means a ruling given by clerics.
|
Hezbollah isn’t respecting the ceasefire, why should Isreal? And for me, this cycle can’t keep going on, like with Hamas, Isreal did a comprehensive job. What’s the point of letting them regroup and re-arm. The US is faraway and should understand Israel’s ordeal. The militia in Iraq have disarmed but Hezbollah has refused in both Lebanon and Iraq. What’s Trumps solution to this? |
All he has to do is visit Russia once. Trump will get the message. |
Some truths there; It’s arguable but a weak point. Isreal state being eradicated erodes the cradle of Christianity, and trust the Palestinians to tell us none of the Jews existed, but only Arabs are immune to extinction. No Jesus means no pilgrims, no pilgrims means no America. Technologically, no Einstein and Oppenheimer, Japan would have turned the US to a car park. Isreal has a right to exist. |
The American army needs to be overhauled. Too many tick-toking service members. In the last year they have lost more than 2 dozen crafts in non-combat operations. That’s appalling to say the least. As for the Middle East, the IRGC can choose whether to use this new era to further revolutionary cause and weapon development or realign with humanity and love for life. Time will tell, but there’s an arm race ongoing and the GCC have plans to raise their military capabilities. Like Ukraine, more investment will go into security in the GCC. The new time a war happens in the region, if the IRGC acts out of line, the US wouldn’t be involved. To the Iranians your freedom will come, sooner than later. You don’t deserve a theocracy. |
WithX:I honestly don’t know the perks you lot get from misinformation. But find attached evidence that Abramovic sold Chelsea and the money is held in his company’s account. Seizing assets is not the same as nationalizing another’s assets. Iran’s assets are seized in the US but every penny is accounted for. That’s why people trust their money in the west. I should remind you about the case of P&ID that England ruled in favor of Nigeria. Even though we defaulted. LLMs are free to use, don’t be dogmatic.
