I contacted grey and they just confirmed that the community bank account is no more active. My problem is they never sent me any mail prior to this with regard to the new update. I have contacted BB over an hour to confirm if the fund has been reversed as claimed by grey but they haven't responded.

I omitted 'yesterday' in my initial post. The fund was processed from Brandbucket ends yesterday morning. Should I be worried? This is my first attempt at using this payment method. I thought it would be faster than using Payoneer method.
