It's only termed potential fit for premium. At the moment it is still at the Standard listing. It can only become premium if you send it to be reviewed for premium listing and it's accepted by SH for premium list. That it is tagged "Potential fit; Premium" doesn't guarantee it will be accepted if submitted, but no harm in trying. I got 2 names with such tag listed on the Standard list rejected for premium when I submitted them for review even after paying $1 for each.

But how is Beslit.com a SH premium domain as you stated on NP? That it is listed on SH doesn't make it a SH premium domain. SH must first accept it be listed on Premium listing before it can be termed SH premium domain.

Any name can be self-listed on SH Standard listings and not as a SH accepted Premium domain.

That name is clearly listed on standard listings and can't be termed a SH Premium domain.
