Congrats. Under the current Scholarship body (which changed quite recently late last year), I cannot be fully certain of the new rules and changes. There have been lots of changes since my time so I cannot give anyone a direct answer anymore. Nevertheless, I heard they are much stricter with their application rules but I have come across one or two people who have tried to change their departments and/or universities totally, and they were able to. I think it would depend on the university you get sent to. You are a postgraduate student so your choices are more flexible than undergraduates. Anyways, your best bet would be to talk directly to the Scholarship office for more information and feel free to ask them whatever you want. The administrators speak good english. Since last month February 17 collation of results started, when we say collation on ur perception what do we mean they will gather all the exams been conducted in the 6 geo political zones so that they will mark it and nominate those that are successful and they call u but dey never text or e mail make sure ur phone is charge everyday

Actually collation is today not Feb 17. Check the time table properly!...
