Year 2020 has been phenomenal irrespective of how you want to look at it. I remember vividly how business was halted when the whole world was locked down in March. No one knows what to do or how to survive but the adage that says every disappointment is a blessing soon happened to most of us here. Boom, inside the lockdown, the demand for phones increased, people were making 80k, 100k, 150k profit on the sale of a single phone. Before the lock down, i bought 2 CU iPhones 11 from Pheranmie, fortunately the phone arrived inside the lock down but couldnt be cleared at NAHCO due to the lockdown. When the lockdown was initially eased, the phones were cleared and Pheranmie informed me the phones are available for pick up, i sold both phones back to Pheranmie at 200K profit Some even sold their personal phones because the profit was too tempting . TLC was the deal during the major lockdown, thanks to all the clients who took the risk, none of them made nothing less than 50-70k profit per phone selling as AIN. I can still recollect when Mikky was the only picker in 2015/2016, the profit margin after waiting for 3 weeks for a phone to arrive was 15-25K lolz.

Shout out and many thanks to all my clients, i really appreciate and i do not take you guys for granted, without y'all, there wont be any WildChild, you guys are the best . Special shout out to Ajibade, he has never returned or complained about any TLC items he bought from me in almost 2 years of business, sometimes i wonder how because some of these USA sellers are not always truthful plus i dont see any of my items because i dont stay in Lagos. One thing i ensure when items are available is to give TLC clients the best amongst the phones, while i take the not so clean ones for myself. Another special shout out to Freshboylagos, he's always willing to help whenever there's an ugly situation, he will buy AIN items from me but still give me the items to sort TLC people and wait for my next shipment to arrive before collecting the items back, thats a rare gesture that i do not take for granted. I cant thank you guys enough, thanks so much. Special shout out to my boss and partner Mr Wale for helping to sort every shipment when they arrive, thank you Sir.

To the bad belles that will only come out when any popular sellers have issue, God pass una Like i always tell those that care to listen, i'm not perfect and as such, i can make mistakes in my judgment on a particular case but i will never cheat any client deliberately, its not in my nature and its also against my religion. Around 10pm, I received your call and you said the driver told you on phone that his three tyres burst simultaneously. Around 4:30am, I received your call and you said the driver told you that he was robbed and I was shocked to hear this owing to the fact that the driver had earlier said that his vehicle three tyres burst simultaneously and you said that you are going to meet the driver as soon as the day break.
Around 9:28am yesterday , you told me that you have finally seen the driver and that out of all the items that were with the driver, it is only your item was carted away by the armed robbers.. I quickly called your attention to the lies being told by the driver earlier and I asked you "Why is it only your item was carted away by robbers" that the driver sound fishy, he should hold the driver to ransom by reporting the case to the police. He said the police came but they couldn't arrest anyone. I gave him another ingenious suggestion to look for any available military man which he later called that the driver has agreed to pay him 200k.

I gave him my terms and conditions that my final destination is omipet office and I told him his item could be picked at omipet office with a code to claim his item and if peradventure he is not chance, any of his relatives could come for the pick up on his behalf which he told me he doesn't have anyone and I told him to contact omipet who is the handler of logistics and of course I wasn't aware of how he got omipet number.

(Anyone here who has bought TLC from me knows perfectly well that I don't handle their shipment out of Lagos but always direct them to contact omipet with respect to delivery out of Lagos).

There was no discussion between him and I about home delivery, getting a waybill number and about mode of delivery but all he said was for me to assist him pay for the delivery of his item to ibadan.

I was not aware the item was sent through garage,I only received a call from the buyer around 7:30pm that a driver called him from lagos that his item would be delivered to him in ibadan that they should try and meet at a place in ibadan. The buyer told me that he's also expecting another item from Lagos State but not too sure if the item the driver called him for is from omipet or from someone else, I couldn't reach Omic at that night to confirm if it was his item that was sent through garage

1.when you sell an item to a buyer it’s either the item gets to him or you refund him his money , even DHL won’t update the tracking ID till buyer signs to have received it
2. You promised a waybill number where was it ? why wasn’t it sent ?
3. Did the buyer instruct you? or any form of agreement between you and buyer to use the park to deliver the item ?
4. If in your own disgression without contacting the buyer you agreed with the courier in question and item was sent through garage or whatsoever , there is NO LIABILITY ON THE BUYER AND AS SUCH SHOULD BE REFUNDED OR GIVING ANOTHER ITEM as to the subject in fact in issue
5. Let’s be guided and not play around please a buyer will only be liable to certain liabilities if the mode of delivery was suggested by him or he gave he’s expressed approval to it before item was dispatched

I will advise you to go back and read what happened about the iphone 11 pro max before you accused me wrongly, everything is still on NL

I only made a payment of delivery to Ibadan, I was not inform when the item was sent to ibadan, the message I received when the delivery payment has been made to Omic was "I have wrapped the phone and it will be sent" I informed the buyer about that and I told him I was charged 3k that he should send me his acc number so that I could refund him the extra 1k but he insisted I should not bother to send it rather I should use it as my calling card.

Any reasonable person that reads all these will know that the seller is a very big liar.
There shouldn't even be a middle ground, he's supposed to pay back the buyer the full sum cause he reneged on their arrangements and he's trying to bank on the fact that the buyer doesn't have substantial evidence to try and wriggle out of paying for his mistake. Harryfrosh your only option will be to involve the police or army cause I'm almost certain the offerup guys you initially tagged won't do anything reasonable

Learn how to read and understand before you jumped into conclusion, you can go back to my previous post where I stated I called him on phone that Omicpet charged 3k to send the item to ibadan and I told him to send me his account details to refund his 1k

See, all these arguments, the buyer is still naive ni. Those same soldiers and Police are the same that will end this argument, you all are on NL claiming rights. You, omniwhatever and the park will settle this thing. Even if the deal is to get to Ibadan, the buyer was not informed. The buyer only got a call from driver. The sender should have called the buyer when he/she was at the park to establish communication and confirm how this is being sent. Then lay the terms to the buyer. If he agrees to bear the risk, fine. If not, abort mission. But you all dropped it on him like bombshell and made the poor boy sleep at filling station while you both slept on your mattresses at home and now something happened, you are sending him to driver. Did he have a deal with driver??

@Harryfrosh called me around 3 am that he's interested in samsung note 20 ultra and we discussed about the price. We agreed on 370k and he asked me where he's going to receive his item and I told him my final destination is at omipet office in Lagos State.
