I hear BankPHB gives out consumer loans which you may use to purchase your car after a down payment of 20%. Interest. rate is 17% I think. |

Hi nairalanders. Does any of you know or have an idea of all the documents/papers needed to get your new car on the road. i mean papers like vehicle registration, etc, so that all these law enforcement guys dont delay you more than they should. |
