Man utd is a top club playing and behaving like a mid-tier club at the present.
How many players in this current squad are world class? Contrast that with the time the squad had world class players.
Of course, the issue with having numerous world class players is that the coach has problems managing their egos as Xabi Alonso had with Real Madrid.

Now, the club is simply trying to adapt Alex Ferguson's winning DNA and all signings and transfers are to this end - which is the reason former club legends are being given the nod over established coaches as we know it.

So long players turn up for whichever coach gets on the team - Manchester United players don't seem to get along with many of the coaches - they can always fight for the top position.

In short, no high expectations if it all, these testing of ideas or formations isn't really what a big club like Manchester United fancy.

Old Gunnar Solksjaer did achieve 2nd position but truth is coaches that came after him haven't done much better, maybe he is really not what United need at the moment, the level we're in is not so attractive to invite top players and coaches alike. If Michael Carrick can take away all this mid vibes, then maybe OGS can get back into the conversation, he's more of a long-term manager than interim.

It will take man u 181 years to win the league again

Hello famlanders! So a friend told me her husband is complaining that she doesn’t wash his clothes, so my question is that should a man be considerate enough to give his clothes to dry cleaners instead or it’s a must for the woman to do that?

Here’s my own story: I watched my mom washed my dad’s clothes til my old man passed, I tried to do the same with my husband’s clothes but he complained that I put too much pressure on his clothes lol 😂 that he would do his laundry by himself… imho if there are kids involved already, the husband should be kind enough to do his own laundry then the wife can wash her own clothes as well as the kids’ thank you.

There's nothing wrong in doing it. But then don't get married if you don't want to wash your husband's clothes.. you gerrit?

Sorry I'm just seeing this. I used chippercash but their rates are quite high.

Okay. Is it only chippercash? What other card works?

Please, has anyone here received payment of over 10,000 USD ($10k) in their domiciliary account?
I once read that payment of above $10k are monitored and reported to EFCC and CBN for verification.

I am expecting a payment of around $20k from Godaddy.
Should I ask them to pay me twice to avoid unnecessary problem or flagging of account?

Note: I am using GTBANK domiciliary account.
Thanks

Is it payment for one domain name?

Thanks for sharing your brother’s Spotify link — I checked out TegaTheKing and listened to some recent tracks like YOLO, Kpalanga, and Happiness. Here’s some honest feedback:

🎤 Vocals & Performance
Distinct tone & energy: His voice has a warm, emotive timbre that feels authentic—especially on Happiness and For You.

Room to refine delivery: A bit more control in phrasing and pitch could really elevate tracks. Occasional off-pitch moments stand out; tightening up with vocal exercises or subtle tuning could help polish his sound.

✍️ Lyrics & Songwriting
Relatable themes: Songs touch on familiar life topics—joy, purpose, introspection—which resonates with listeners.

Simplify for impact: Stripping back some lines or refining metaphors could make hooks more memorable. For example, YOLO and Kpalanga are catchy but feel like they’d benefit from more lyrical depth or unique storytelling.

🔊 Production & Beat Quality
Solid Afro-fusion vibe: The instrumentals have a good rhythm and vibe typical to Nigerian Afro-fusion—danceable but smooth.

Add texture and progression: A few more layers (percussion, pads) or dynamic shifts (breakdowns, bridges) could make tracks sound richer and less repetitive.

🎚️ Mixing & Mastering
Clear vocals: Tega’s voice comes through well in the mix, which is a strong plus.

Balance could improve: Some elements, especially low-end bass and mids, occasionally feel a bit flat or lack punch. A professional mix/master session could take it to the next level.

🌍 Market Fit & Brand Potential
Room to grow locally: With ~53 monthly listeners on Spotify, there's clear potential for his next push—especially tied to local platforms like Audiomack and YouTube.

Brand identity development: It would help to define his style more sharply—whether leaning Afrobeat, soulful pop, or Afropop—so he stands out. A consistent visual aesthetic and messaging across socials would also boost recognition.

✅ What’s Working Well

Vocals that engage emotionally and feel genuine.

Clean mixes where his voice shines through.

Lyrics with broad appeal and heart.

🎯 Areas to Focus On
1. Vocal training: Warm-ups, pitch work, consistency.

2. Song structure: Sharpen hooks, refine messaging, avoid repetition.

3. Production depth: Add instrumentation, improve mix clarity.

4. Growth strategy: Social media content, local gigging, playlist pitching on Nigerian platforms.

My thoughts

Yes—he absolutely “can make it”, especially with consistent effort and a more strategic approach. He’s shown musicality, emotion, and clarity in production, which are solid foundations. If he refines delivery, sharpens songs, and builds a more distinctive brand, I believe he’s got a real shot at making noise locally—and possibly beyond.
