Sadder tales by the Police PRO. Why would the Police arrest and dump them in jail without interrogation and proper investigation, the law stipulates max of 48 hours to be charged to court

Then you expect the hapless mother not to pay the bribe but report; did your organisation, the NPF, follow due process - no interrogation, no investigation, denial of phone call to relative, denial of legal representation, not to talk of torture

The NPF completely forgets their duty is primarily to protect and preserve human lives

Nigerians are gaming each other, the same police man (or his relative) will need another profession, say doctor, nurse, lecturer, Customs etc, service and he too will surely face a recalcitrant and corrupt one
