Good day, i feel the price is on the high side, i can put up a good three bedroom for 2million within Ibadan only provided all the land documents including survey are ready.

There is a change in the information. The land does not have a C of O has earlier stated but there is a proper documentation of transaction leading to a change of ownership at the time of purchase and subsequently surveyed. The land has being occupied for more than ten years by the seller. Asking price for the land is N8 million.
