Believe me I would love nothing better than to stop using those bikes, but the location of my house means I need to ride bikes sometimes in the morning and definitely at night. Finding another house is just the best option.

On a lighter note, all those action films I watch where one big car will just hit the actor at high speed, and he will jump off his bike Summersault and stand kampe; now me sef don do am. Well, I didn't stand kampe like that but....

Not compulsorily except when stated that you should attach a cover letter. But it is advisable to at least write a little about yourself and what you can offer in the body of the mail before sending your cv.
