Religion / Re: "Christians Should Apologise To Gays" - Pope Francis by Bec1: 3:15pm On Jun 27, 2016
INDUSTRIALFAN:
God punished Soddom and Gomorrah but are you God? Judgement is left for God alone and not man... All the Pope meant was, it is not in our place to judge anyone. We are all sinners and all sin was condemned in the Bible. Why not leave the fight of God for him alone? God didn't ask for our help. just do what is right and move on. "HATE SIN NOT THE SINNER"

There is a difference between apology and judgement... A difference between Sin and Sinner.... Why should the Christians apologize? A person only apologize when you have done something wrong or bad. Has the christain done any wrong for speaking the truth according to the bible.. No man can judge.. Only GOD can judge and the judgement of that act was illustrated in Sodom and Gomorrah... The fact is the grace of GOD speaks now and that makes GOD merciful on man with his Judgement.. However the grace of GOD should not be taken for granted. The truth remains the same and the truth can not be twisted to fit personal motive

I'm not surprised by the pope's comment. A religious leader who supports what is forbidden by GOD.. GOD punished Sodom and Gomorrah for such actions. Now the Pope even says Christians should apologize.. i just hope the followers of the Pope and His doctrines of worship should not allow themselves to be mislead by their so-called doctrine which they keep modifying for treacherous motives.

Politics / Re: Day 3: NLC -TUC Strike Updates by Bec1: 2:12pm On May 20, 2016
i'm not surprised that NLC is divided.... What do u expect when a member of NLC who becomes a governor in the ruling party is faced with a situation like this. Will He defend the Nigerian People or the Federal Government? How do you expect the strike to be effective when those who are to lead the people in this protest against the increment of petroleum and electricity are not of one voice. The subsidy removal and increment of petroleum will not benefit the ordinary nigerian who struggle to have garri on the table, rather it benefit and enrich those in the seats of government. That is why those in the seat of government will not support this strike. The government levies every nigerian with taxes which have various titles....Very soon, i wont be surprised if the government will bring up reasons to pay for toll gate fee on federal and state roads.... because the federal government intends to remove subsidy on fertilizer ( Agriculture)....
