Duties to include:- Support the Customer Service Manager and their department Handle incoming calls. Create new cases and transfer to customer service team members Add notes to existing cases. Capture key information, assign and ensure telephone service level agreements are achieved daily. Handle incoming / outgoing post and emails. Logging and assigning cases as appropriate Remain customer focused and be able to plan and prioritise tasks to ensure all are completed within agreed timescales. Manage cheque requests accurately and within agreed timescales. Handle requests for product details promptly and with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Follow all agreed administrative processes in a timely and accurate manner To complete Data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy To continuously review administrative processes and to recommend changes to better support the Customer Relations Team Assist with any additional team support requirements as identified by the Team Manager politely and professionally Candidate requirements: Applicants should possess a minimum GCSE C grade or Equivalent qualification in Maths and English. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Previous experience within an office environment with some data entry or reception experience is essential Previous experience of customer service and handling inbound telephone calls is desirable A team player and demonstrate a committed and motivated approach and be flexible to meet the department’s needs. Highly motivated and demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities or to continuously improve processes. Must have good written and spoken English and possess strong word-processing skills, with the ability to quickly learn new IT packages.
