Clubconnect I am hereby calling you out since you people have decided not to respond to my emails and you don't take my calls seriously. I subscribed DSTV yanga of #2565 since 1st July 2020. I did the first transaction at 7:36pm and it failed. I called your customer care and the lady advised me to do another one because that one failed. Now I did two transactions that day (7:36pm and 11:15pm) but only one was credited credited. A refund of the second transaction was not credited to my wallet neither was it credited to the DSTV account. All attempts to get my money back has been fruitless. I have spent more than the money involved on calls and SMS to you people but nothing is forthcoming. You people are just defrauding hopeless Nigerians trying to make ends meet through your platform.
