I’m glad I stumbled on this thread. My mom is a green card holder & she’s currently in the US. Would she be able to file for me with her PR status? I’m in my mid 20s & unmarried.
If yes what is the process like & how long does it take? I’m a graduate but currently undergoing some courses in IT.
