My application was for settlement, and TLS personally directed me to send the documents to sheffield myself as they don't collect documents for Settlement.

Hello House, Please I dnt knw if anyone is currently having a problem getting back his/her documents from sheffield. It's been over 3weeks since I got a decision mail and a Ready for Collection mail, of which I picked my passport from TLS VI immediately. Getting back my documents now is the problem and I need to reapply as soon as possible. I've called and send multiple mails, all the adviser said was that they were gonna send it. Pls I dnt knw if there's a way I can hasten it up, as I need my documents to reapply asap.

Pls do you have an idea if our previous fee will be refunded? Since we would be startn a fresh application. Also the documents and pics sent earlier Wats going to happen to them, as we will be needing it for this new application also. I jst Hope dey don't reject our application before we make another appointment.

Hello House, pls I'm new here but will really appreciate your opinions. I have a lil problem as I jst realized I'm supposed to apply for a Tier 2 dependent visa (general migrant up to 3years) instead of a settlement visa. I have submitted my application, I have done my biometrics and ive also sent my supporting documents to sheffield. Pls is there a way I can change from settlement to tier 2 dependent? I am yet to get a mail from UKVI tho. Pls wil appreciate your response on what to do next. Thanks.
