Thanks for this
But I only got waec certificate

I understand your concern. Like I said before, if you have practical experience in computer and ICT e.t.c, without certificates, you can still build your career in computer Engineering. You can do this by volunteering for free apply to small electronic companies near you with your your WAEC or enrol for apprenticeship training.

I want to assure you that if you are quick learner and eager to take on new challenges, you will learn a lot while at it.

After all, there are computer engineers who are not graduate, but are doing well in the field.

Thus, Practical experience is what you need at the moment. While at it, you can plan for your bachelor's degree to back the experience earned.

Wishing you the best of luck.

Especially computer engineering
I need to learn that course

@Christianjoy, so sorry for the late reply, I have been so busy all this while.

I do hope this tips answer your question.

How to go about it especially, computer engineer

Computer engineers can come from a variety of professional and educational backgrounds. Pursuing opportunities to develop the necessary skills, knowledge and aptitudes can enable you to begin your career.

Here are the common steps you have to follow to become a computer engineer as an introvert.

1. Complete a bachelor's degree

To start with, complete a bachelor's degree in computer science. Some  companies require the candidate to have a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or software engineering. Sometimes, those with exceptional programming and technical skills may secure employment without a degree.

Completing an accredited program also increases your chances of being hired by a reputable Organisation.

Coursework for bachelor's degree programs typically includes the following subjects:

Introduction to software engineering

Microprocessors

Organisation probability theory in electrical and computer engineering

Applied algorithms for engineering systems

Programming operating systems control systems

Differential equations

Microcomputer

Architecture computer

2. Earn a relevant master's degree

To advance your knowledge in this field, you will have to pursue master's degree programs in computer engineering with your bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or cyber security with accredited college or university in Nigeria or foreign university.

3. Gain practical experience

Finally gain practical experience. Practical experience allows you to build a deeper understanding of the practice and principles of computer engineering and the knowledge and ability to apply them to specific situations as required. While in undergraduate and graduate studies, consider completing computer engineering internships and cooperative education programs. You can also work on open-source projects, which give you real-world experience working on live projects with other people. These experiences allow you to practice skills under the guidance of experienced computer engineers.Whether you pursue graduate school right after your bachelor's degree or enter the workforce before, apply to entry-level positions or apprenticeships. You can use these experiences to further develop your skills, apply principles learned in the classroom and use techniques developed while working on projects or in an internship. In entry-level roles, you're likely to work on a team of experienced engineers. As an apprentice, you train under an experienced engineer with the goal of using their mentorship to improve.

Best regards.
Business / The Power Of Authenticity by Bekgra: 8:41am On Apr 06
To be authentic is to be real or genuine, showing your real best self in terms of integrity and honesty.

As a business owner, when you are real in your dealing with your customers, you attracts more and earn respect for your brand.

Again, when you sell fake products or service to your old or new customers, the profit made will be temporary, but the negative impacts on your brand will be permanent.

However, acknowledging your poor service and working to improve on them, will make you appear authentic before your customers.

Career / Skills You Need To Remain Irreplaceable. by Bekgra: 8:35am On Mar 26
To be irreplaceable as an employee is not about simply working hard in your job or having a specific set of skills. It's about.

committing to core workplace code of conduct. Striving to be reliable, trustworthy, and meeting expectations.

Ask yourself these questions to evaluation if you are replaceable or not:

Do I consistently meet your project deadlines and goals? Do I deliver value, or just happy to get the job done to get my monthly pay check?.

The truth is, with the increase in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the work place today, many employees will be replaced by smart technology in the near future.

However, those employees with skills in smart technology and are committed to work ethics would be irreplaceable. Also employees who are open to learning opportunities might be irreplaceable.

Please note: If in the process, you neither learn or earn, reconsider and avoid that career stagnation. It not worth it.

People don't know and definitely appreciate how I have grow to become silent or more appropriately calm. They don't know how much effort I've put into building myself into this calm gentle guy. They rather see me as a dunce or a weakling but I really don't care as it's actually worth it. I some see myself as a sane person with a very sound mind when I'm calm in the midst of chaotic people trying to prove right or shift the blame to me. Immediately you are talking to me I'm already reflecting and dissecting your words and I take my blame and put you to your place if it's going to affect me. Nowadays people talk too much without saying anything it's really get me annoyed but I still wouldn't talk if I'm not going to be affected. FTC

Keep it up. silent is powerful tool to navigate some issues of life

Hypnotise:
If a person is too silent people will ride you, learn to make noise too

You are right, but the issue here is for you to be mindful of your speech in any situation you find yourself. Before you speak up, just calm down weigh the impacts. This is because, your words might hurt you back or other people in that situation and at the end you end up regretting it.

Also note: Words when spoken, will never come back. People will definitely refer to those words when you least expect it, whether negative or positive.
Education / The Power Of Silence. by Bekgra: 8:18pm On Mar 23
Some people sees Silence as a sign of weakness or avoidance. In some circumstances, silent it a powerful tool for mindfulness, self-reflection, and effective way of communicating to others.

By understanding when to be silence over words, you can navigate your relationships and interactions more skillfully with people, fostering deeper connection and inner peace.

Thus, when should one stay silence?

Stay silence:

1. When the urge to speak up immediately arises. Take a moment to pause, reflect on your thoughts and the effects your words will have on others.

2. When you can't change the situation and the decision has been made, rather ask yourself questions regarding the situation to know if it's true, false, necessary or make any sense.

3. When the information is inadequate, embrace stillness and silence to be sure before speaking up.

4. When you need to listen, rather than being heard.

5. When your speech may hurt others, such as harsh words or lying, stay calm.

6. When you are not informed adequately, it's best to stay silent.

Career / Best Career For Introvert by Bekgra: 6:28pm On Mar 20
A careful analysis shows that, if you’re introverted, you might not want a job that requires constant meetings or working in large groups of people.

While some jobs might be more tailored to extroverts, dozens of high-paying roles allow introverts to leverage their natural tendencies and unique strengths.

Resume Genius recently curated a list of 15 high-paying jobs with strong job growth projections that are well-suited for introverts.

To compile the list, researchers looked at recent data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and O*NET Online and identified roles that are compatible with common introverted traits and preferences including creative thinking, deep engagement, autonomy and meaningful interactions. Then, Resume Genius picked out jobs that paid a minimum annual salary of $56,240 and had strong 10-year outlooks, according to BLS data.

Whether you’re someone who prefers to work in quiet environments or simply want the flexibility to work independently, consider pursuing one of these careers:

The best jobs for introverts, according to new research—some pay over $100,000 are:

1. Database architect

2. Software developer

3. Actuary

4. Information security analyst

5. Data scientist

6. Computer systems analyst

7. Mechanical engineer

8. Digital (UX) designer

9. Technical writer

10. Occupational health and safety specialist

11. Accountant and auditor

12. Market research analyst

13. Film and video editor

14. Graphic designer

According to research, While jobs in tech or finance are big draws for introverts, as these industries are conducive to introverted tendencies such as independent work and creative problem-solving, other non-tech roles are equally suitable for this personality type, Eva Chan, a career expert at Resume Genius, tells CNBC Make It.

That includes millwrights, who install, maintain and repair construction machinery, as well as occupational health and safety specialists, who conduct assessments and analyze data related to workplace safety.

“Introverts have a unique professional strength: when they need to learn something new, they’re often happy to dive in and require little supervision or external help,” Chan says. “This capacity to self-start and carry out independent research not only distinguishes introverts from other personality types but also makes them highly valuable in any job that emphasises autonomy and initiative

To land one of these roles, Chan recommends using “introvert-friendly” job search methods like networking online in forums or groups on LinkedIn and Slack that align with your interests and career aspirations.

When it comes to networking, introverts don’t have to stretch too far outside of their comfort zone, Chan adds. Instead, you should focus on “quality over quantity” by looking for smaller, more intimate networking opportunities (like a one-on-one informational interview) with colleagues and industry peers, which can make it easier to forge genuine relationships.

In addition, you can also use your resume or cover letter to highlight specific instances where your independent actions at work led to tangible outcomes, such as solving a complex problem, innovating a process or contributing to a project’s overall success.

Thank you
