Kindly note below, the conditions for the purchase of any oil block as laid down by DPR for smooth transaction
1) Written Letter Of Intent on buyers Letter Head (must be the buyer and not the buyer’s mandate).
A) Company Profile
B) Letter of Purchase Signed By At Least Two (2) Directors of the Company.
2) Proof of funds or a bank guarantee note duly signed by your bankers.
After all this have been Confirmed First then the "NCNDA" Form will Be Signed and also an MOU of all facilitators involved.
3) The Owner And All Authorized Bodies can deal directly with the buyers.
at this point the various relevant documents can be released for confirmation which is done at Abuja ( DPR & NNPC).
NOTE: At This Stage The Buyer Can Not Pull Out Of The Deal But if For Any Reason There Is Pull Out He Pays A Compensation Of 5% Of Total Cost Of The Said Block.
5) The buyer is to take care of all the expenses for the meeting
6) Deal Closed.

(3) Seller scheduled meeting for Abuja with the investors & their technical crew including the facilitators once investor is satisfied, Evaluation report, 3D, physical sighting etc is deliberated upon comprehensively.

NOTE THAT ALL EXPENSES FOR THE FACILITATORS WILL BE BORNE BY THE INVESTOR SUCH AS FLIGHT TO AND FRO, ACCOMODATION, FEEDING AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES.
(THIS IS STRICTLY NON NEGOTIABLE PLS)

(4) Investor is free to bring in their independent foreign valuers etc.

(5) After all the necessary legal, technical frame work has been taken care of, negotiations & contract documentation signing commences, facilitators fees etc then terms of payment is executed in tranches therein till fully paid for.
