If you don't have a marriage certificate, you can tell the interviewer that you have dependants.

Guys, if IOM doesn't put your X-ray CD in your Medical report envelope go back and request for it because you will need it when getting a job.

This may look like a weird post here but you may want to work for like 1 year before getting into Nursing school and that means you'll need your O' Levels evaluated.
Globe Language Services is the body evaluating mine and they'll require a WAEC Scratch card PIN and Serial number.

Don't buy WAEC scratch card online because it's a scam. You'll be sent a pin without a Serial number. You need both PIN and Serial number.

Read the letter you were sent and follow ALL the instructions in it. That's all.

Hello Gurus in the house. I am an F4 applicant, I received an email (appointment letter) from NVC and my appointment date is stated in the letter. Please I have a few URGENT questions.

1. Do I have to register on https://www.usvisaappt.com/ or should I attend the interview with just the letter since the date and time is stated on the letter?

2. I registered on https://www.usvisaappt.com/ (as per instructions on the prep website) but I get an error message whenever I input my case ID. My case ID starts with LGS *****. Am I wrong? is there a different case ID? I also tried the Case Master ID, same error. (Picture attached).

3. What is the correct process/steps of confirming interview on https://www.usvisaappt.com?

PLEASE NOTE: I just signed up on https://www.usvisaappt.com today. Do I have to wait for a few days before confirming my interview date?

No I didn't schedule any appointment to collect my passport.
I checked the Ustraveldocs page and saw "you passport is ready for pickup". I went to DHL the next day and asked and it was brought out of a room.

Any copy of a valid ID card. I had a copy of my passport data page also had NIN card copy too

I arrived NY yesterday morning.
At the port of entry I was taken to another room where I waited with other people for about 5 minutes while an officer had my passport with him.
I told him I had a question and he said "ok?"
I said "there used to be a huge package immigrants carried when travelling..." He said "Yes. Everything is done online now."

Did you create an account on that ustravel website? Unfortunately you can't access the site anymore. There's a new procedure for collection now but I don't know how.

In the sheet given after the interview, US Travel docs contact was given as the helpline. They said not to contact the embassy. I've been emailing US travel docs for weeks but all they're doing is asking for each applicant's info and not replying after. Frustration led me to email the embassy (as the contact number I got online wasn't going), no response yet.
I will Sha keep emailing the embassy.

You don't have to wait for a text from DHL. Just check the ustravel website for update. You sha need a photocopy of a valid ID card.

If you want to apply for your sibling I think it may be best to get someone to marry him/her.
F4 route will take another 17-18 years.

Just came back to tell you that my visa has been approved.

I had a friendly chat with the white female Visa Officer.
I don't think there's anything to worry about if you are really the relative of your petitioner.
My category is F11 but I was given the list of IR2. Here:

Was Just sent my visa interview appointment details

Priority date:17th April 2007
DQ: 10th Sept 2020
PD was current on the VB for about 8 months
And passed currency about 6 months ago.

Interview date: 22 July 2024

This visa was filed when I was barely 1 year & 6 months old. 17 years of patience has finally paid off for my Folks.

Because it is still valid till October 2024 and I will upload the new one to the USCIS website when I collect it.

Guy, go and read what's written on their website. Your passport has to be valid for up to 8 months beyond your interview date.
NIS seems to now take 10 weeks to renew passport. The earlier you start the better.

I got another invitation letter from the Embassy stating that ALL required documents should be uploaded and submitted. I've uploaded everything including invitation letter sef.
I'm waiting to collect my new passport so I can upload that too.

I used it for medicals.

After I collect the new one I'll upload the biodata page to the USCIS website too. They say you should upload every document you'll be attending your interview with.

My current passport is expiring in Oct. I applied in April for renewal. I'm picking it up less than two weeks to Interview date.
