The Benin to Lagos express road have been block by youths from Okada community over the dead of a man that they claim was kill by a Custom's officer. According to a local, the custom's officials stop the said man for a check, and along the line, an argument occur. The custom officer was said to have slap the man and he slum and died....the community youth's decided to protest by blocking the busy express road, thereby cursing pains on travellers. The road have been block since 6pm yesterday and till this moment, no government officials have come to address the issue. Even the NA that have a army check point close to the junction are just looking without doing anything. So this is calling on the government of Edo state to come to our aid. People slept on the road, and those coming from Lagos going to warri and port Harcourt with still go and face the Ologbo hold up. about one week after the fire incident at Ologbo, dead burn bodies still litter the road. Too bad... This calling on Edo and Delta st government to go take off the bodies from the road.
