totorimi: Suffer not a witch to live. There is nothing like false alarm, everybody evil doer must be punished once caught in the act. Our justice system has failed us therefore no thief, kidnapper, ritualist, 419 etc must be spared, why? because they do not pity us when they target us. Anyone caught in the act need not be taken to police station, let them be given the jungle justice right there and then.
