You wanna have a 2-year experience before you run your masters? Good! But are you gonna employ yourself or what gives you the assurance you gonna grab any job out there even in the next 2 years? Don't be shocked if you plan to work first and after five years you haven't got any job. So, you lose "double" - no job/experience, no second degree.
The best thing you have gotta do is sit yourself down, map out your plans. You might even not use the the masters degree, but it's not gonna be a waste. It's highly probable that an average person will regret not running their masters ASAP than regret doing it earlier. Just follow your heart.
