Oga electronic voting is different from electronic transmission, and even the article you quoted apc admitted electronic voting is not a magic wand for overnight voting success so they still admitted it's not a final solution, meanwhile you and your adc crew are making it look like electronic transmission is the only reason for successful election.

In Nigeria, if private entities like the saveAlife group could afford to integrate the use of device like a smart multi parameter monitor in their health care outlet, that send diagnostic results in real time to Doctors any where in the world. You are more dumber to think we can't replicate same in INEC.

Each device cost approximately 600k.

If the manufacturer in Germany/USA could be sourced to produce similar custom-products for INEC just as they are used in USA election, then with approximately, N120Billions, we would have about 200,000 units of this device ready available for poll in each of 187,000 polling units in Nigeria.

INEC budget for 2027 election is over 800Billions.
