The Southwestern part of Nigeria has its way of solving its problems through monarchy systems and recently through the constitutional provisions of the law. The state house of assembly is saddled with the power to look into any law that affects the people of the state and pass laws that are directly impactful or reject foreign laws that are not accepted by the majority of the state....Shariah laws has its roots from the Arabic and meant for the Arabs... and was not meant for us in southwest with superior Yoruba language and laws as enshrined in the constitution.

Also the permanent Secretary of Health secretariat Mr Adams is alleged to be ruining the health secretariat... So many allegations against him like he has grounded the smooth operations of FCT Hospitals. He was said to allegedly converted the money voted for drugs into contracts using his cronies as contractors...refuses to release money given to the NHIS to buy drugs to the hospitals, HHIS patients are sent out to buy expensive drugs...

He was also accused of sitting of monthly overhead allocations for over 4 months now denying the various health departments basic stationeries like printing of vouchers and vital documents... While the financial rules states that you can't sit on a file for more that 48 hours, Mr Adams has been allegedly sitting on vital files for over 3 months without the Ministers (Wike) Knowledge because wike is too busy
..while wike is trying his best by releasing funds on time, some people are hell bent in sabotaging his efforts
Wike needs to an effective weekly back check on his permanent Secretaries and do the needful. Especially the Health HHSS permanent Secretary which is vital, health is wealth....

wike has signed it for disbursement since 26th November but some people needs to be sacked due to sabotage and personal interests also the ippis needs a total overhaul ....they're not organized. I mean there is no blueprint as to how to effectively pay workers with wages and arrears ...they still use the old Archaic method because some so called Directors are just too dumb and rigid for smooth system function... Wike needs to overhaul the ippis system Now....

However, even though it's not a sin for a man to marry a second wife, I don't think it's something we ought to be encouraging, especially in this our present age.

no one is encouraging it, but as the last option, as we age, we need a cooperative spouse to live quality life, God himself was reasonable when Moses took a second wife, and his sister Miriam react angrily questioning moses Judgement & trying to water down moses leadership, God struck her with leprosy... And God further reassured lsrealites of his support for moses...(Numbers 12:1-end) there are marriage issues that can't be managed, because of sinful nature...
